With a wide variety of fun movement activities each day, The Movement Program becomes progressively more challenging over the course of 12 weeks as it helps develop strong visual, auditory, rhythm, and motor skills.
This unique program requires no materials and can be completed anywhere in the home with an internet connection.
The Movement Program can easily be completed at home in only 15-20 minutes a day.
