Patti Andrich is a Clinical Manager, business owner, occupational therapist, and Certified Optometric Vision Therapist. She is an internationally honored clinician, researcher, and author, widely recognized for her work with children and adults presenting with sensory, motor, and neurodevelopmental processing disorders. In recognition of her clinical impact, leadership, and contributions to the field, Patti was named Vision Therapist of the Year (2020).

Patti earned her master’s degree from The Ohio State University College of Education and her occupational therapy degree from Cleveland State University. She holds advanced certification in auditory processing through Advanced Brain Technologies and certification in neurofeedback through BrainCore Neurofeedback.

Her postgraduate training includes certification in primitive reflex integration through the Institute for Neuro Physiological Psychology INPP where she studied in England under the direction of Sally Goddard Blythe. Patti received her certification in vision therapy through the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.

Patti serves on multiple advisory boards related to vision and neurodevelopment both within the United States and internationally. She is a Fellow of the National Academies of Practice and a member of the International Sports Vision Association, Optometric Extension Program, and the Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation Association.

Patti is the founder of the Sensory Foundations Program, a neurosensory motor model designed to support the integration of active primitive reflexes, enhance postural stability, and establish a strong foundation for visual, emotional, and cognitive function. Her clinical approach emphasizes functional neurological rehabilitation through a whole-person lens, recognizing the interconnected roles of gut health, brain health, reflex maturation, and visual skill development in optimizing nervous system regulation and performance. Her expertise focuses on improving outcomes for individuals with attention, behavioral, coordination, visual, auditory, vestibular, anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges through an integrated, developmentally informed model of care.
