InTime Provider Live Course

In this 1-Day, live, introductory level, on location training course, you will learn how to use inTime with clients. This is an interactive, hands-on continuing education experience with an expert ABT course instructor and other participants. Pre-course learning modules and a quiz will be provided to learners prior to the course.

The inTime Provider Course includes lecture, discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practical experience. Acquire the knowledge needed to begin implementing this fun and exciting system for influencing brain performance. Upon successful completion of this course, learners are authorized to offer inTime in their practice.

Course Abstract

This is a comprehensive introductory course for professionals to become qualified in the application of inTime, including pre-course study, lecture, demonstration, group discussion, and hands-on practical experience.

You will acquire the knowledge you need to begin working with this exciting practice for improving brain performance. Upon successful completion of this course, learners are authorized to offer inTime iPod programs, drumming activities, and Waves® bone conduction headphones.

Completion

After a learner, has completed all course modules and passed a quiz, demonstrating satisfactory knowledge of the material, they will receive a certificate recognizing them as an Authorized Provider of inTime. Providers can purchase site licenses and resell home systems.

Registration Eligibility

Professionals who hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent in a health, mental health, therapeutic, education, music, or related field are invited to train. Requests for exceptions are considered on an individual basis.

Course Learning Outcomes

  • Identify and relate the acoustic, musical, cultural, developmental, physiological, psychological and neuroscientific aspects of the inTime rationale.
  • Describe inTime as a rhythm-based music listening method comprised of receptive experiences emphasizing the mutual influence of rhythm and sound frequency stimulation drumming, movement, and vocal activities
  • Cite research supporting the use of rhythm within inTime.
  • Demonstrate foundational competence in program planning, including personalizing listening protocols and incorporating activity options, using equipment, instruments, and other materials.
  • Explain how to implement the inTime listening and activity protocols with a client.
  • Incorporate the inTime method in home, school, and clinical settings.

ABT Training Course Policies

Early Cancellation

If a cancellation is made by the registrant (verbally or in writing) 21 days or more in advance of a scheduled course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

Late Cancellation

If a cancellation is made less than 21 days in advance of a scheduled course, course fee is not refunded but may be transferred to another ABT course within one year.

Online Cancellation

No cancellation – option to transfer.

Extenuating Circumstances

Requests for refunds due to extenuating situations are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Transfers

If a learner transfers to another course with the same registration fee, there shall be no additional fee. The learner shall pay the difference in registration amounts to transfer to a course with an increased price. The learner shall receive their choice of either a product credit or a refund if the course is less than the original registration amount.

ABT Cancellation

If the cancellation is made by Advanced Brain Technologies, the learner may transfer to a different course within 1 year (refer to transfer policy) or receive a full refund.

Complaint Resolution Policy

It is ABT’s policy to address all complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Learners and clients are informed in various places (on the website, paperwork, etc.) of our email address, phone number and physical mailing address should they wish to voice a concern or question.

Special Needs Requests

ABT will reasonably accommodate individuals with a disability or other special needs as requested on a case by case basis.
