The Listening Program® Conference 2015 Comes to Ogden Eccles Conference Center Ogden Utah on July 23-26, 2015

OGDEN, UT- Advanced Brain Technologies announces The Listening Program® Conference 2015 at Ogden Eccles Conference Center July 23-26 in Ogden, Utah

TLP Conference 2015 features an international line up of 23 expert presenters in the fields of neuroscience, pediatric neurology, audiology, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, education, neurofeedback, auditory therapy, oriental medicine, media, and more. Presentations will be given on diverse topics related to brain health with an emphasis on the latest advances in the research and applications of music listening therapy programs from Advanced Brain Technologies for the improvement of brain performance in people of all ages.

The keynote speaker is Seth Horowitz, PhD, presenting on The Neuroscience of Listening. Dr. Horowitz is author of The Universal Sense: How Hearing Shapes the Mind, Scientific Advisor to Advanced Brain Technologies, and a neuroscientist whose research has been funded by the NIH, NSA, and NASA.

Featured presenters include in part American television personality, producer and filmmaker Max Lugavere;  neurofeedback pioneer Siegfried Othmer, PhD; Russian pediatric neurologist Oleg Efimov, MD; Jay Lucker, EdD, CCC-A/SLP associate professor Howard University; and Erin Matlock, founder of  Brain Summit.

Conference attendees are registered from across the globe including; Russia, Bulgaria, Egypt, United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and from throughout the United States.

TLP Conference 2015 starts July 23 with a pre-conference provider training course in the Test of Auditory and Visual Skills (TAVS) with trainer Alan Heath, BSc (Hons) Psych. The main conference will run on July 24 and 25. The four day event will conclude with a post-conference provider training course on July 26 for inTime rhythm-based music listening therapy, and will be instructed by Sheila Allen, MA, OTR.  Registration for these events closes on Friday, July 17^th. One of the conference highlights is an event which is open to the community.  On Saturday, July 25 at 8:00 pm Spanish composer, master ethnic percussionist and multi-instrumentalist Nacho Arimany will be live in concert at Ogden Peery’s Egyptian Theater.  Nacho Arimany recently completed the composition, recording and production of Advanced Brain Technologies’ inTime program with co-creators and co-producers Sheila Allen and Alex Doman.

The All Access Conference Package is $795 which includes all events. The Standard Conference Package for the main conference on July 24 & 25 is $495. A limited number of tickets will also be on sale at the Advanced Brain Technologies booth at Ogden’s Historic 25th Farmers Market on Saturday, July 18.
