Before watching, select one client who has not yet started The Listening Program, create a hypothetical client, or use yourself. Complete the first half of the Listener Plan and the Brain Scale for your chosen client before pressing play.

This workshop focuses on guiding the first three months of The Listening Program with intention, structure, and clinical leadership. Using a real three-month case report as the guide, you will walk through how goals are established, how monitoring is layered, and how patterns inform confident recommendations.

By the end of the session, you will have a practical framework for leading the early phase of listening with clarity, confidence, and consistency across settings.
