Dr. Efimov is a child neurologist, a doctor of functional diagnosis. He has been working with children with developmental disorders for over 45 years.
He is the founder and the head of Prognoz neurological clinic for children (since 1988), and Logoprognoz, the rehabilitation centre, (since 2012). More than 12,000 children from Russia and other countries get treatment in the centre annually. The centre specializes in autism, speech developmental disorders, ADHD, dyslexia and learning difficulties.
Dr. Efimov has always been interested in electrophysiological methods of diagnosis, which can detect mechanisms of impairments in the neurological systems of children; as well as the use of non-drug treatment.
Dr. Efimov is an author of scientific articles and has written six books about child brain development.
Logoprognoz Centre has been applying The Listening Program and InTime methods since 2014. Research works about the efficiency of the InTime method have been conducted with the help of electrophysiological diagnosis and under the supervision of Oleg and Victoria Efimov. The results were reported at the 2017 Advanced Brain Technologies Conference in Utah, and the international congress Neuroscience for Medicine and Psychology in Russia, as well as publication in scientific articles.
