Allison Tanner is a speech-language pathologist for Primary Children's Medical Center working at one of their outpatient treatment facilities in Sandy, Utah. She received a bachelors of science degree in Communicative Disorders and a masters of science degree in speech-language pathology from Utah State University. Her passion has always been in helping children and adolescents attain communicative success in their community and at school through a variety of intervention techniques.

She has been an ABT certified provider of The Listening Program® (ABT CP TLP) since 2007 and is currently the program coordinator for implementation and use of The Listening Program within her local Intermountain Healthcare network. Allison has nine years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is also skilled in offering oral myofascial therapy to her clients. Additionally, she organizes and facilitates social language groups for pre-school, school-aged and adolescent clients. Allison collaborates with parents and other speech, occupational and physical therapy professionals within her clinic and her community to further enhance an individual's progress. She has also worked closely with local universities to provide student supervision for graduate students completing their medical externships in the field of speech-language pathology.
