Other Considerations
With certain exceptions, The Listening Program is a method intended for off-site (at home) use with support and monitoring by a trained TLP Provider. Clients purchase their own TLP materials through their Provider. Exceptions include school-based delivery with TLP Site Licenses and other special circumstances such as on-site bone conduction programs. Providers are not permitted to rent, loan or otherwise provide TLP materials unless they are purchased by or for a client. Nor are they permitted to buy back materials.
TLP programs must be monitored by a Provider and may not be offered to a client without support. The Listening Program must also be done using approved audio equipment to ensure quality.
