We’re starting 2011 with a new resolution and a new look!
ABT has resolved to go green! Over the past year we have taken steps to reduce our impact on the environment starting with a recycling program at ABT headquarters.

In 2011 our sustainability efforts are being expanded to the products we manufacture. We are starting with the introduction of new packaging for TLP Level One CD Kits. These are manufactured with post-consumer materials and every part of the kit is recyclable including the CD’s! These new kits are now shipping  in the New Year!

Also, included with the Level One CD Kit is a new handbook. While the kit still includes 10 CDs, the guidebook has been updated and changed to reduce our impact on the

planet. It is now called the Level One handbook, and includes the essential information required to help a listener get started with The Listening Program® with the assistance of their ABT provider. The other materials that were previously included in the guidebook; listening logs, track and module times, are available in the Support-Listener Resources section of www.advancedbrain.com. We have also produced new resources, including the digital edition of the Level One handbook.  

The What Is The Listening Program? DVD is also included in each kit! This 15-minute video includes inspiring stories from parents and professionals about the life changes they experienced with The Listening Program®.

I want to give a special note of thanks to ABT team member Shaina Harris for initiating our sustainability practices. She planted and nourished the seed, which has taken root and is now growing, vibrant and green!
